Jr. Guard
Join us for the Kahākūkahi Ocean Academy Jr. Guard program, an ocean safety adventure for kids! Designed to build confidence, fitness, and respect for the ocean. This action-packed experience is made for kids who love the ocean and want to level up their beach skills! From wave-riding and rescue drills to ocean safety and environmental awareness, Jr. Guards will train like real lifeguards. All while making new friends and having a blast.
Marine Science
Give your child unforgettable afternoons of ocean discovery! Through interactive games, creative projects, and hands-on science activities, they’ll dive into the wonders of marine life while tackling some of the most important environmental issues of our time. With the power of film, active exploration, and practical projects, they’ll learn to make a difference right where they live, blending science, creativity, and fun every step of the way.
SUPER GROMS
Get your grom in the water and loving every wave! Super Groms is an after-school surf program for beginner and intermediate surfers, combining ocean safety, surf skills, and wave-riding fun. Through hands-on coaching, beach games, and time in the water, kids will build confidence, connect with the ocean, and learn how to care for our coastline. Along the way, they’ll explore some of today’s most important ocean issues and discover how they can help protect the places they love to surf..
